由于新冠病疫情以及前期Lazaro 铁路罢工等原因（较多原先走LZC 铁路+公路的客户改走ZLO全陆运），墨西哥市场近期遇到了严重Manzanillo 至墨西哥北部拖车短缺状况（蒙特雷及周边的内陆点，详细请阅下面名单）。
目前安排该路径的拖车配送等待时间会超过1个月，故为了避免客户损失，故建议如下，请及时通知客户
- 春节前，只接受经Lazaro 至蒙特雷及受影响的内陆点铁路转运路径（铁路或铁+公路）。
- 暂停接受Manzanillo 至蒙特雷等点拖车转运的单子。节日后根据当时的实际情况再定是否建议恢复Manzanillo 至蒙特雷等点的拖车转运。
- 在路上的单子，建议鼓励客户改到CY，避免在Manzanillo 超期等待时间以及额外的成本。
受影响的内陆点如下，如目前为止没有配以下港口的客户请忽略但是注意后续订舱选择正确中转港及方式。
如有已经订舱的或者在途需要更改的请通知商务。
