OPERATION REMAKRS

**When submit booking to carrier,need to offer full correct data of cargo total package measurement and gross weight .Carrier will show details on booking confirmation (S/O),terminal will examine the data when container gate in full into terminal.

**OOG equipment have lastest container Pick up time,normally it’s one day earlier than SI/VGM cut-off time.

**If the final actual package measurement and gross weight do not match the booking one,any amendment request should be sent by email before container gate in full into terminal.Subsequent changes may result in the goods being rejected on board.

**If there’re different OOG containers with different package sizes,Please be sure to provide the different sizes corresponding to the different container number within lastest container pick up time.
