1.Report of DG cargo

From August 1, 2019 , if the goods exported from China are misreported,false repored or underreported of DG Cargo, the relevant customers must pay a penalty of 15,000 USD per natural box

2.Report of VGM

From August 1, 2019, if the goods exported from China are misreported ,false repored or underreported of VGM, the relevant customers must pay a penalty of 300 USD per natural box Although the declared VGM weight does not exceed the maximum allowable total weight, the absolute error of the actual total weight and the VGM weight exceeds 5% or 1 ton (triggered by the small one),it applys.

MAERSK will make a claim against the responsible party for all losses and expenses caused by misreporting, false reporting or underreporting.
